RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

1. Refund Application Conditions
If you are not satisfied with the adjustable planter stand you purchased, you can apply for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
Refunds are valid for unused, unmounted and fully packaged products. All original tags and accessories must be returned with the product.

2. Refund Application Process
Please contact us through our customer service email or online chat function with your order number and the reason for the refund.
Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions, including the return address and return method.

3. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned goods unless the goods are defective or sent in error.
To ensure a smooth refund process, it is recommended to choose a trackable courier service. During the return period, the title and risk of the goods will remain with you.

4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item, the refund will usually be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and the specific time to arrive may vary depending on the processing time of your bank or payment platform.

5. Ineligible for Refund
The following situations will not apply to the refund policy:

The item has been used or damaged and cannot be resold.

The time limit for requesting a refund (14 days) has expired.

The item is not returned in the original packaging.

6. Special circumstances
If the return is due to quality issues or wrong shipment, the shipping cost will be borne by us. Please make sure to check the item in time after receiving it and contact customer service.
